Claire is a restorative yoga teacher specialising in nervous system regulation, stress support, and therapeutic rest. She works with those navigating anxiety, burnout, fatigue, grief, overwhelm or life transitions, helping them find balance between rest and renewal.
Each session is adapted to your energy and emotions - sometimes calming and grounding, sometimes gently rebuilding strength. Slow, responsive and not fitness-based, this work restores resilience and a sense of wholeness.
Small private bookings for up to three people are also available.

These sessions are designed for you - your body, your breath, and your current emotional landscape. Ideal for those navigating anxiety, burnout, fatigue, overwhelm or life transitions.
Together we will explore practices such as restorative yoga, breathwork (pranayama), slow flow, and deep rest through yoga nidra to help ease anxiety, release tension and restore balance and a sense of wholeness.
Available in Leyland, Lancashire and online.
